Defective/ Damaged / Wrong Product received.
Products are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective or different products are delivered to you. Please share us the product unboxing video. keep the Product in its original condition, with the outer box, the Price tag attached, user manual, warranty card, and original accessories in the packaging for a successful reverse pick-up.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. We will contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product before issuing a Replacement/refund. Product replacement / Refund will be initiated within 48-72 hrs after receiving defective Product at our Warehouse.
